Tips

Gunakan Butter (Mentega) untuk cake yang lezat dan lembut

Gunakan kuning telur yang lebih banyak jika tanpa putih telur ,tambahkan kuning telur sesuai jumlah putih telur yang dikurangi.

Untuk hasil gorengan yang kering tidak berminyak ,campur minyak sayur dengan mentega putih 1:1 atau bisa dicampur dengan minyak padat.

STEAK SAUS BLACK PEPPER CHEESE

Bahan :

* 3 buah Sirloin beff steak ( @ 200 gr )
* 1 sdt lada bubuk
* 1 sdt mustard
* 1 sdt garam
* 200 gr mix vegetables
* 200 gr kentang goreng (french fried)
* Hiasan secukupnya.

Saus :

* 2 sdm steak sauce
* 3 sdm saos tomat
* 2 sdm saos cabe
* 1 sdm mayonaise
* 1 sdm black pepper cheese
* 1/2 buah bawang bombai dicincang
* 2 siung bawang putih dicincang
* 1 sdm parsley cincang
* 1 sdm mentega
* 1 sachet bumbu kaldu sapi
* 100 ml air

Cara Membuat :

* SAOS : Panaskan mentega, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombai hingga harum kemudian masukkan steak saos, saos tomat, saos cabe, tumis kembali hingga benar-benar legit, tambahkan black pepper cheese, aduk rata.
* Masukkan air dan bumbu kaldu, aduk, tambahkan mayonaise, ratakan.
* Olesi daging steak dengan mustard, garam dan lada, diamkan sesaat kemudian bakar di atas pemanggangan hingga 3/4 matang.
* Celupkan daging steak ke dalam saos, bakar kembali hingga daging matang.
* Sajikan dengan kentang goreng, mix vegetables dan saosnya.

Bacon Wrapped Hamburgers

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

* 70 g shredded Cheddar cheese
* 5 g grated Parmesan cheese
* 1 small onion, chopped
* 1 egg
* 15 ml ketchup
* 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
* 3 g salt
* 0.3 g pepper
* 455 g ground beef
* 6 slices bacon
* 6 hamburger buns, split

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat a grill for high heat.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, onion, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Crumble in the ground beef, and mix together by hand. Form into 6 patties, and wrap a slice of bacon around each one. Secure bacon with toothpicks.
3. Place patties on the grill, and cook for 5 minutes per side, or until well done. Remove toothpicks before serving on hamburger buns.

Grilled Chicken Burgers

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

* 1 onion, chopped
* 6 g minced garlic
* 1 red bell pepper, chopped
* 70 g fresh sliced mushrooms
* 1 tomato, seeded and chopped
* 2 carrots, chopped
* 910 g ground chicken
* 1 egg
* 55 g fresh bread crumbs
* 7 g Old Bay ™ Seasoning
* kosher salt to taste
* black pepper to taste


DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil grate.
2. Lightly spray a saute pan with cooking or oil spray over medium heat. Saute the onion with the garlic first, then the bell pepper, then the mushrooms, tomatoes and carrots, all to desired tenderness. Set aside and allow all vegetables to cool completely.
3. In a large bowl, combine the chicken and vegetables. Add the egg, bread crumbs and seasonings to taste. Mix all together well and form into 8 patties.
4. Grill over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.

Pasta with Creamy Chicken Sauce

10-12 oz. curly pasta, cooked
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 chicken, cooked, deboned & diced
2 Tbsp. flour
1 can chicken broth
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 Tbsp. regular mustard
grated peel of 1 lemon
1/2 c sour cream
chopped chives

In a saucepan melt butter. Add flour and stir to combine. Add broth, a little at a time, stirring. Bring to a boil. Cook for about 3 minutes over medium heat.

Add chicken to creamy mixture in saucepan. Add mustards and lemon peel. Finally, add sour cram.

Drain pasta well. Place on a hot serving dish. Heat sauce over medium low heat. Distribute evenly over hot pasta.

Serve pasta in individual serving dishes with sauce on the side. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
