Siap di oven.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7. Masukkan loyang kedalam oven yang sudah di panakan terlebih dahulu, dengan suhu 180c, panggang selama 25 menit.sisa waktu lima menit turunkan suhu oven menjadi 160c.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;8.Setelah matang waktu oven sudah habis, jangan langsung dikeluarkan cake dari oven, biarkan sampai suhu oven menjadi hangat baru dikeluarkan, biarkan sejenak.&lt;br /&gt;Setelah dingin, keluarkan cake dari loyang.Bagian atas cake di kupas tipis baru &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;diBelah dua cake&lt;/span&gt;, olesi seleuruh badan cake dengan air gula dan campuran rhum (simple syrup).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;9.Lapisi permukaan cake dengan whip cream/butter cream,bila suka taburi keju parut,tutup cake dengan potongan cake.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;10.Tuang coklat cair kepermukaan cake ratakan,biarkan beberapa menit, supaya coklat membeku/mengeras(bisa di masukkan kedalam kulkas sebentar ).&lt;br /&gt;Setelah coklat membeku, hiaslah dengan whip cream sesuai selera,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Selamat mencoba ! Angkat, dinginkan.( Tip : mentega bisa di tim agar meleleh ).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;# 2.Tuang campuran trigu dan baking powder sedikit demi sedikit kedalam kocokan telor, tambahkan potongan kacang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;# 3.Masukkan adonan  #1 campur ke adonan # 2,aduk2 hingga rata dengan sendok plastik / spatula &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;catatan tunggu hingga agak dingin/hangat ( adem )jangan masih panas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;#.Alasi loyang dengan kertas minyak / roti di olesi mentega. Biasa ditanam di pekarangan atau tumbuhan liar, terutama di hutan jati. Jamblang tumbuh di dataran rendah sampai ketinggian 500 m dpl.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pohon dengan tinggi 10-20 m ini berbatang tebal, tumbuhan bengkok dan bercabang banyak. Daun tunggal , tebal, tangkai daun 1-3,5 cm. helai daun lebar berbentuk baji, tetapi rata, pertulangan menyirip, permukaan atas mengkilap, panjang 7-16 cm, lebar -9 cm, warnanya hijau. Bunga majemuk bentuk malai dengan cabang yang berjatuhan, bunga duduk, tumbuh di ketiak daun dan di ujung percabangan, kelopak bentuk lonceng berwarna hijau muda, mahkota bentuk bulat telur, benang sari banyak, berwarna putih, dan baunya harum. Buahnya buah buni, lonjong, panjang 2-3 cm, masih buah hijau, setelah masak warnanya merah putih. Berakar tunggang, bercabang ? cabang, berwarna cokelat muda.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Biasanya buah jamblang yang masak dimakan segar. Rasanya agak asam sepat, kulit kayu bisa digunakan sebagai pewarna.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Sifat dan Kasiat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Daging buah rasanya asam manis, sifatnya sejuk, astrigen kuat, berbau aromatic. Berkasiat melumas organ paru, menghentikan batuk, peluruh kencing (diuretik), peluruh kentut (karminatif), memperbaiki gangguan pencernaan, merangsang keluarnya air liur, dan menurunkan kadar glukosa darah (hipoglikemik). Kulit kayu berkasiat untuk peluruh haid.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Kandungan Kimia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jamblang mengandung minyak asiri, fenol (methylxanthoxylin), alkaloid (jambosine), asam organic, triterpenoid, resin yang berwarna merah tua mengandung asam elagat dan tanin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Bagian yang Digunakan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bagian tanama yang dapat digunakan sebagai obat adalah kulit kayu, daging buah dan bijinya. Daging buah bisa digunakan segar atau yang telah dikeringkan. Campur ragi instan dan air hangat, aduk rata lalu diamkan 15 menit sampai berbuih.&lt;br /&gt;2. Campur labu halus dan santan, aduk rata, sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;3. Itulah sebabnya, bayi disarankan diberi ASI (air susu ibu) eksklusif, setidaknya hingga usia 6 bulan," kata Zakiudin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fungsi ASI dalam mencegah alergi karena mengandung zat gizi lengkap yang dibutuhkan bayi, termasuk protein "Hypo allergenik", DHA, probiotik dan kolostrum yang dapat melindungi bayi dari alergi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Alergi merupakan reaksi kekebalan tubuh yang menyimpang atau berubah dari normal yang dapat menimbulkan gejala merugikan tubuh mulai dari gangguan pernafasan, kulit hingga mata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Selain susu sapi, Zaikudin juga menyebut makanan lain, seperti telur, makanan laut, kacang-kacangan dan masih banyak lagi macamnya pemicu alergi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Zakiudin menjelaskan bahwa angka kejadian alergi terus meningkat sejalan dengan perubahan pola hidup masyarakat yang semakin modern.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dia menyebut, banyaknya zat yang terkandung di dalam makanan dan minuman, selain itu tingginya polusi saat ini merupakan penyebab terjadinya alergi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"Memang alergi di Indonesia tidak sebesar di negara maju lainnya, namun ityu perlu diwaspadai," tegasnya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Zakiudin menyebut tiga tindakan pencegahan terjadinya alergi, yakni menghindari pencetus alergi, menjalani hidup sehat dan memakai obat-obatan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"Jika terjadi alergi, hindari makanan atau hal lain yang menjadi pemicunya.
